New Inbox Management Programme from BPAC CS

The BPAC Inbox Manager Programme is designed to make managing inboxes easier, faster and safer.

Development of the programme has been lead by the South Link Education Trust Clinical team in conjunction with the BPAC Clinical Solutions development group, before being extensively tested by South Link Health practices.

The programme saves valuable clinicians time, as well as ensuring that abnormal results or trends are not overlooked.

BPAC Clinical Solutions (BPAC CS) is a clinically-led Health informatics organisation, wholly owned by not-for-profit shareholders. We are a leading provider of electronic decision support and secure electronic transmission of medical data within New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Inbox Manager was developed in consultation with senior clinicians within BPAC Clinical Solutions and South Link Health, who saw an opportunity to build an interface that worked alongside Medtech's patient management system.

Technical requirements

Medtech Evolution version 6.0 or above.
Windows 10 and above or Windows Server 2016 and above.
A single Medtech database, currently Inbox Manager is not able to support practices that switch between multiple databases.
For practices that use desktop virtualization or thin client technologies, we will engage with your service provider to arrange the most appropriate installation processes.
