- You are currently using Medtech Evolution as your PMS.

Technical requirements
- Medtech Evolution version 6.0 or above.
- Windows 10 and above or Windows Server 2016 and above.
- A single Medtech database, currently Inbox Manager is not able to support practices that switch between multiple databases.
- For practices that use desktop virtualization or thin client technologies, we will engage with your service provider to arrange the most appropriate installation processes.
How does Inbox Manager work?
Inbox Manager has been designed with time-poor clinicians in mind. It is:
- Easy to read.
- Easy to navigate.
- Easy to see the information you need to review.
- You can control which inboxes you can see to ensure continuity if your clinicians are away or ill.
- You can select different views:
- See all patients.
- Filter on abnormal results.
- Filter on normal results.
- Filter on reports.
- Normal lab results can be bulk-filed with automated comments.
- You can also manually select and file results.
- All results for each patient are shown at the same time.
- Tables and graphs of historic results showing trends are also shown.

For a limited time, Inbox Manager is available for $1.34 per enrolled patient. You will be direct-debited monthly. Your initial contract is for a 12-month term. We will review your patient numbers every 12 months to determine the next 12 months billing.

What is involved in the free trial?
In order to get your practice set up for a free one-month trial, we will get you to confirm some key details:
- The name of your clinical lead, if you have one.
- The names, roles and email addresses of the clinicians currently managing your inboxes.
- Your hosting provider.
Once installed, we will ensure it is working correctly for you.
We will follow up with three informational emails:
- A three minute video on how to bulk file results.
- A three minute video on how to see all your results.
- An email to check in with how you and your team are going.
At any point during your free trial we are happy to provide your team with a live demonstration of the product.
